Employment is a life goal for many adults, including adults with developmental disabilities. Miami County offers a variety of career opportunities for people with developmental disabilities to explore. In accordance with the Employment First program and the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD), our main objective is to assist the people we serve with obtaining and keeping meaningful jobs in our community. We place a high level of importance on partnerships with local businesses to ensure that the people we serve perform in a way that meets or exceeds expectations.
