Adventures in Advocacy
This newsletter focuses on the current adventures of Riverside's advocacy group, Adventures in Advocacy. Part of a 7-county collaboration, Miami County's advocates meet the third Wednesday every month to encourage one another to speak up for themselves and make informed decisions in their lives. The group also participates in monthly regional advocacy meetings, conferences, trainings and more.

Community Connections | Sports Banquet
Aktion Club is a branch of Kiwanis International and is a service and leadership club for adults with disabilities. The group meets every first and second Wednesday of the month and participates in several service projects throughout the year.
Formerly the RecZone, this newsletter gives information about upcoming events, activities and programs through Riverside's Community Connections Department, including Miami County Special Olympics. These activities promote the emotional, physical and social health of the people we serve and encourage independence, inclusion and friendship. The FANS Newsletter provides monthly updates, highlighting Riverside's volunteers and sharing current opportunities for community members to get involved. Our FANS (Friends, Allies & Neighbors) Program gives people of all ages the chance to connect with their friends with developmental disabilities. Opportunities include event assistants, Special Olympics coaches, item donations and create your own experience.
