Behavior Support Coordinator

The Behavior Support Coordinator completes specialized work in developing, coordinating and monitoring all facets of behavior support for individuals with developmental disabilities and focusing on increasing the quality and enhancement of the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities served by Riverside. The Behavior Support Coordinator will accomplish this through collaboration with individuals, groups, support staff, and/or their families. Employee works with considerable independence, receiving general and professional direction from the Behavior Support Coordination Manager and Quality and Innovations Director.
Physical Therapist - CONTRACT
Physical Therapist/Early Intervention
The licensed Physical Therapist (PT), in compliance with Ohio Board of Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy and Athletic Trainers and Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD) rules and regulations will provide evidence-based early intervention services for gross motor development for infants and toddlers with developmental delays and disabilities. This work will be conducted in the family’s natural environments or via tele-health using coaching practices with the child’s primary caregivers to expand their confidence and competence in caring for and assisting the child’s development.
