A person with a medically diagnosed communication disability who drives or regularly has someone with a communication disability in their vehicle can enroll in a database that connects to the Law Enforcement Agencies Data System (LEADS).

Disability Rights Ohio is a non-profit corporation with a mission to advocate for the human, civil and legal rights of people with disabilities in Ohio.

OSDA is a non-profit organization who empowers people with disabilities. Their goal is to expand awareness of self-determination principles,  provide valuable training resources, and promote advocacy efforts.
